Payment Options
 Please bring your dental insurance card, which will allow us to file your claim for you. If you do not have dental insurance, please discuss your payment options prior to your appointment. We are in-network providers for Delta Dental and United Concordia. If you are insured by one of these carriers, an estimated co-payment and deductible will be due at time of service, any remaining balance will be billed. If your insurance is not one of these carriers, an estimated co-payment will be due at the time of your service and we will then file your insurance claim.
You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. To discuss your payment options, please call (434) 984-6400.
