Emergency and After Office Hours
We know dental emergencies are never convenient or timely and we are committed to our patients' health no matter the time. If you are a current patient, and have a dental emergency after regular office hours, please call us at

Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Charlottesville, VA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Accepted Insurance Carriers
We will file your insurance claim with any insurance carrier. We are in-network providers with Delta Dental and United Concordia.

Payment Options
Please bring your dental insurance card, which will allow us to file your claim for you. If you do not have dental insurance, please discuss your payment options prior to your appointment. We are in-network providers for Delta Dental and United Concordia. If you are insured by one of these carriers, an estimated co-payment and deductible will be due at time of service, any remaining balance will be billed. If your insurance is not one of these carriers, an estimated co-payment will be due at the time of your service and we will then file your insurance claim.

You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. To discuss your payment options, please call (434) 984-6400.
